When walking in the Mount Coot-thaBotanical Gardens in Brisbane, I just happened to catch a glimpse of the mythical great eel in the sky, emerging from the depths of the clouds.
I had long heard of its existence, but never been privileged enough to see it, until this day. I just happened to look down, not realising, at first, what I was witnessing. Fortunately, I had the presence of mind to grab for my phone and was able to capture this momentous event.
Never again can the existence of this creature be doubted. Some have seen it and many have been sceptical (including myself), but now there is no room for doubt, just joy; as it has long been said, that those who witness this extremely rare event will forever be able to rejoice in the fact that they have been uniquely blessed and honoured with such a visitation.
